Venice Apartment Dorsoduro III is located within a beautiful 16th century palazzo that has been owned by the same noble Venetian family for centuries. This luxury apartment overlooks both a garden and wide canal in Dorsoduro, which is one of the most typically Venetian areas of Venice. The whole palazzo has been divided into 5 holiday apartments which are all available for rent on a short term basis.

This Venice luxury apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) of the palazzo and occupies about two-thirds of the top floor. All the rooms are in the front of the house with charming views of the canal below and the rooftops opposite. Venice Apartment Dorsoduro III is also on the East side of the palazzo where all the windows are lit by the morning sun.

This whole accommodation is beautifully decorated and furnished with 18th century antique furniture and with the original 16th century beams still in place.

The master bedroom with double bed has a Venetian floor and 18th century furniture, the twin bedroom has two fine 19th century Persian panels hanging behind the beds. The living room has a Venetian floor, the original 16th century beams and a modern comfortable sofa-bed for two extra guests.

There are also two bathrooms, one with a tub and shower and the other with a stand up shower.

This Venice apartment can also be rented together with the co-joining Dorsoduro II, a one bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 3 people making it an excellent choice for large familes or a group of friends.

This is a quieter part of the city and the one the locals call the “real Venice”. Dorsoduro is home to famous attractions such as the Ca' Rezzonico palace, one of the most splendid Baroque palaces in Venice and the Peggy Guggenheim museum with it’s amazing collection of 20th century European and American art. Other important cultural sites include Venice's Santa Maria della Salute, the Ponte dell’Academia one of most famous bridges in Venice [ there are 400 of them scattered throughout the city!]
