Situated in Sestiere di San Marco, only a few steps away from Palazzo Grassi, this Venice Vacation Apartment is ideal for couples. Very luminous, chic and newly restored it invites guests to live comfortably.

The wardrobe provides a lot of space as well as the drawers, cupboards etc. The sofa bed is 1.4m width and is extremely comfy as the mattress is actually a real mattress and it is easy to pull-out. You will also find a small internal courtyard where you can sit outside and enjoy all the classical music concerts from Church of San Samuele!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
