This wonderful apartment rental in Venice is located one water taxi stop from San Marco at the entrance of the Arsenale. You can enjoy views of the Campo dell'Arsenale from both the living room and the master bedroom of this Castello apartment.

This Venice holiday apartment comprises of two bedrooms. The double bedroom offers views of the canal and Campo dell'Arsenale and the other comes with with twin beds. In the holiday apartment there's a large living room with views onto the Campo dell'Arsenale. The bathroom comes with a shower and the kitchen is fully equipped.

This apartment rental in Venice is in the Castello area. Castello is a few minutes from the gardens that hold the biennale. This is a residential area that provides a lot of air and space.

The walk along the Canale di San Marco to Piazza San Marco is unforgettable as is the famous Arsenale which are the city’s huge dock yards founded in 1104. You’ll be close to via Garibaldi where you can buy food from supermarkets, fresh food from outdoor markets and some of the best restaurants in Venice.

All this and the vaporetto ride to San Marco is only 15 minutes. You’ll also find the wonderful church of San Pietro here.

I stayed with my family at the Chelsea apartment on Campo del Arsenale in Venice. It looks into a quiet square, with the beautiful Arsenale buildings, a canal and some restaurants. It takes you away from the bustle that thrives only a couple minutes away. The place was clean, well appointed, easy to access. The local rep was extremely helpful not only about the house but about other recommendations. Staying in this beautiful oasis of peace made our Venice visit even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to vacation in this lovely city.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
