This beautiful holiday apartment in Venice is located in the heart of the city just ten minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. This Venice rental is based on the first floor and consists of a large living room area featuring a double sofa bed and two single beds which can be hidden away during the day. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a snack or meal. The kitchen contains four hob burners, an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. In addition, there is a dining area to enjoy your food which seats four. This Venice property also has a large bathroom with a bath. This Venice accommodation is near shops, supermarkets, a bakery, butchers, greengrocers, bars, pharmacies and banks.

This stylish holiday apartment is situated in the heart of Venice, just 10 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. It is located in one of the most characteristic streets of Venice; the Via Garibaldi in the Castello district.? This short-term rental is easy to reach from the airport and railway station is located close to the Biennale Gardens. Convinienty, it can be walked to without crossing any of Venice's bridges. There are many shops in the immediate area of this apartment rental but at the same time it benefits from being away from the chaotic flow of tourists in the center.

 Location of this apartment is fantastic - close to St Marks and the main areas but at the heart of a lively community. Vaporetto stop close by with a Coop, fresh fish stall, fresh fruit and vegetables and bakery nearby, good restaurants and bars too. Apartment was clean, secure, comfortable and enjoyed a view of a canal (when you leaned out of the window!). Be prepared to be woken by the sound of schoolchildren and church bells but that's not a bad thing. Sofa bed gets uncomfortable for more than one night but overall an excellent stay and the owner Annmary and her son Enrico were wonderful. We loved the tips about what to do in Venice. The stay was excellent value and we would stay here again. (16-05-2011) |

More than 75 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 75 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed
Within 75 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 75 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 20% of the total rental price.
Within 50 days:In case of cancellation within 50 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total rental price.
Within 20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
