This charming Venice apartment rental is located right in the heart of the historial center of Venice and is only 6 minutes on foot from Piazza San Marco. This San Marco holiday rental is a bright and spacious two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with an additional sofabed in the living room. The large master-bedroom of the Venice San Marco apartment has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

The living room of this holiday rental has a sofa bed for two and a well equipped kitchen corner. There are also two great bathrooms and one of them has a Turkish bath shower.

The Venetian terrace (altana) is not private and the whole building can use it.

This luxurious holiday rental is located in the San Marco area. Saint Marks Square is the centre of Venice and the city’s main tourist magnet. Piazza San Marco, better known as St. Mark's Square to all those English speaking nationalities and it was “dubbed” by Napoleon as "the finest drawing room in Europe. It’s home to Venice's Basilica di San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale, and if you don’t like walking too much, it’s the place to stay as you’re in reach of all the main palazzos, museums, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment was wonderful, we loved it.Only criticisms:1. mention should be made (eg with a note on the table) to say be very careful not to have too many electrical items on at the same time. .2. The front door was exceedingly difficult to open.Otherwise it was just beautiful and we LOVED it. Thank you James.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
