Venice Apartment: Cannaregio

This nice Venice holiday apartment of about 60 sq. metres is situated on the ground floor (private entrance) of a restored building located in the very quiet neighbourhood of Cannaregio. From the entrance, you go through an iron gate and you enter a small private garden complete with garden table and four garden chairs.

From the garden of this short term rental, you enter the first room of the apartment, an ample space of 20 sq. metres divided into living-room and kitchenette. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair, a low crystal-topped table with lamp, shelves with television (with remote control), dvd-player and rectangular dining-table with four chairs. The kitchenette comes with fridge, freezer, four gas hobs and extractor fan. The living area is separated from the sleeping area by a long corridor (with cloak-stand) and a closet (with washing-machine).

The bedroom, with view on Campo dei Mori, is furnished in wood with double-bed, night-tables with abat-jour and big wardrobe with three sliding-doors. The bathroom has got a big shower with crystal door. All floors, included the inner court's, are of Italian cotto (brickwork); the living area's view is on the inner court while the sleeping area's is on the quiet Rio della Sensa.

This Venice holiday apartment is a few steps from the Fondamenta della Misericordia, renowned for its bars and its typical restaurants that offers the true venetian cuisine. You'll be five minutes walking distance from S. Marcuola vaporetto stop.
