This charming 80 m2 short term rental accommodation in Venice is just a few steps from Campo San Giacomo. This apartment in Vencie is on the ground floor, and is characterised by a large bow window. The living area, furnished with wooden furniture, includes a dining area with a long table for six persons and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. The living area also includes a kitchenette which is furnished with dark wood and steel and equipped with fridge, four gas hobs and oven.

The two double bedrooms (one can be transformed into a twin) both have large cupboards. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.

This accommodation in Venice is near to Campo San Giacomo which is one of the most old squares of Venice with a very special church around which children play and elderly people sit down on a bench to watch the city life. In just a few minutes you can reach the San Polo square or the Frari square, while a nice 10 minutes walk brings you to the Rialto bridge. In the area around the apartment there are plenty of winebars, restaurants and interesting shops, where you can buy classical souvenirs but also arts and crafts for everyday use.

What a beautiful spot - great touches, very homey but with a Venetian flair. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen, though small, was very clean and great looking. Only problem was our toilet didn't flush but I'm sure they have figured that out for the next party. Couldn't tell from the pics whether it is on a canal. It isn't but is very close to one and, since we walked and walked while we were there, we saw canals often so it was OK. Highly recommend to all.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 50% of the total rental price.

Within 15 days:In case of cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
