This 125 m2 Venice apartment rental is situated on the first floor of an elegant building in a sunny courtyard just a few steps from the Rialto bridge.  This apartment in Venice is illuminated by the gothic stone windows in the spacious living room. In the living room you'll find two sofas (one is a double sofa bed) and the large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, 6 gas hobs, electrical oven, microwave oven, a large fridge, washing machine and a long crystal table where 10 persons can eat.

A corridor leads to the three double bedrooms ( two can be transformed into twins), each with its own TV, with a lovely view of the courtyard "Campiello del Sol". The furnishing includes large wooden cupboards, bedside tables, Venetian upholstery and headboards that match the cupboards. In one of the bed rooms there is a safe for valuables. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with a neo-classical bathtub.

It’s the second most important area of the city in terms of historical importance in Venice. Here you’ll find the Frari Church, an excellent example of Venetian Gothic architecture, the Scuola Grande di S.Rocco, 16th century Renaissance building containing works by Tintoretto and the wonderful Campo San Polo which is one of the largest piazza’s in Venice. You’ll also find many good restaurants hidden away in the back streets that are frequented by the Venetians
