This central accommodation in Venice comes with an impressive view over the Campo Sant'Angelo. When entering this apartment in Venice you find the living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a writing desk and TV, a VCR and a stereo.

On the right of the living room there is a small room with bunk beds. On the left there is a dining room, with wooden furniture creating a warm atmosphere: a square table, six chairs, a sideboard and a comfortable arm chair. An arched opening brings you to the kitchen, equipped with washing machine, dish washer, an oven, four gas hobs, fridge and freezer. A short corridor leads to the master bedroom, with wooden furniture: a large cupboard and a double bed (that can be transformed into two single beds). The bathroom has a bathtub and two wash basins.

This accommodation in Venice is very close both to the Accademia bridge, the Rialto bridge, from the St. Mark's Square and from the Fenice theatre. In just a few minutes you can reach all the main touristic attractions of the city, or just enjoy a simple espresso or cappuccino looking out over one of the most typical squares of Venice.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 50% of the total rental price.

Within 15 days:In case of cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
