This 55sqm Venice Holiday Apartment is ideal for 4 guests and perfectly located to explore Venice. The biggest advantage of this apartment is its location - as it lies in the heart of Old Venice, between Saint Mark's square and the Rialto bridge, which makes it an ideal starting point to explore the city.

But this is of course not the only virtue of this flat. Lots of space, tasteful furnishings and homelike atmosphere will make you want to go back to the very same spot time and time again.

Both bedrooms feature a double bed and air conditioning for extra comfort.

This Venice holiday apartment is within easy walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and no longer than 15 minutes away from San Marco. The Rialto Bridge is perfectly located to easily pass from one side of the city to another and is well served by public transports (vaporettos).

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 to 7 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 to 7 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of 75% of the total rental price.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 90% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
