This wonderful accommodation in Venice is located in the historic part of Venice; just behind the Accademia Gallery and a few minutes walk to the Salute Church and Zattere bank.

This apartment in Venice is available for short term rental and is a newly restored holiday apartment with new furniture in true Venetian style. The living room of this Venice accommodation has many windows making it light and airy.

In this rental apartment, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub and shower. In the large living room of the holiday apartment there is a double sofa bed and comfortable furniture for everyone.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

This accommodation in Venice is situated in Accademia which is next to Dorsoduro within a triangle of the Accademia Bridge, the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim museum. It’s a beautiful area of Venice where you’ll find many of the best Venetian museums, including The fabulous Academy of Fine Arts (Galleria dell'Accademia) which includes great works from artists including Tintoretto, Titan and Bellini and of course the Collezione Peggy Guggenheim, once the home of the American heiress and is now one of Venice's most popular museums.

The location and size of the apartment were wonderful. However, the washing machine was broken and locked our clothes inside for a full day before somebody came to fix it. The floors were also very dirty. Good value if the washing machine had been working.

Dispite an earlier hiccup in relation to booking another day in another apartment and the keys being unable toinitially fit the door of the final place of stay, I loved my stay where I finished up, got to see Carnevale at close quarters, and the apartment was great in all respects. Close to everything whether you have family or not. Was not too busy but busy enough. Fantastic food and wine bars close to home. I guess to be critical... just provide a drying rack for clothes.

Well everything worked out and the aprtment was fabulous. Whilst there was no airconditioning the fans sufficed and the washing machine was welcome after travel for a couple of weeks. The position was also good and the girl that showed us around was very helpful. On the last night we were present for the Carnevale festival of fireworks which was brilliant and the chn loved it as much as us. We would use your company again and will recommend it to others

Everything was amazing. The location was great, and the accomodations were much better than we expected. Everything seemed brand new or just about and very clean. Although technically the square footage wasn't very large, the tall airy ceilings and broad windows worked wonders to brighten up the space. We also fit 6 people in the room very comfortable with two people to each approximate king size bed. I would highly recommend renting this place

Cancellation Policy

More than 75 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 75 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 75 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 75 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 20% of the total rental price.

Within 50 days:In case of cancellation within 50 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total rental price.
Within 20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 100% of the total rental price.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
