This vacation apartment in Venice is 75 m2 and is located in the typical Venetian area of Castello. Recently renovated, this is very charming and sunny rental located on the 3rd floor offers views down onto Campo Ruga.

This characterful Venice rental comes with wooden-beam ceiling, wooden and tiled flooring. There are the original

shutters on the windows giving the apartment lots of natural light. The stylish living room is open and spacious with a sofa, two arm chairs, an iPod base and tables and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom comes with a stand up shower. There are three bedrooms; one with a double bed (can be separated into two singles), one with two single beds and the third bedroom comes with bunkbeds.

The added benefit of this vacation apartment is that from the living room, you'll have access to a private terrace (Venetian altana). The terrace not suitable for young children: the stair to reach the terrace can be used only by

adults

Visit the Biennale Gardens, the Arsenal entrance, San Giorgio degli Schiavoni, the Church of La Pietà, Basilica di San Pietro di Castello and San Francesco della Vigna.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
