A Venice accommodation that is two apartments combined (Ducale and Casa Murano) and offers a panoramic view of the Jewish Ghetto and the "Canal Regio". This Venice apartment has been recently restored, is luminous, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The rooms have parquet flooring, wooden beamed ceilings (please note that it is not suitable for people taller than 2 meters!) and it is elegantly furnished with some antique pieces.

The shared entrance room can be locked, thus these two apartments can be unified, maintaining privacy and security while doubling the living and sleeping area. There are two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds, two living rooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms.

This Venice accommodation is only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge and it has the advantage of being close to the Ferrovia (railway station), and the Jewish Ghetto. Please note that it is a 4th floor apartment with no lift.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
