The entrance room is situated in the centre of the house and leads you to the large and luminous living room, including two comfortable sofa beds and a table for six people. As well you will find a well equipped kitchen, including oven, fridge, freezer, 4 gas hobs, water boiler.

The bedroom is double bedroom with view on a beautiful canal and inculdes a bathroom with tub.There you will find as well a small wooden desk, a characteristic fireplace (not in use) and two comfortable couches as well as a TV.

This Venice accommodation is perfect for people that love the beauty and appreciate the house and its antique style.

The apartment is gorgeous - the photos don't do it justice. Kitchen is probably not big enough for serious cooking/entertaining, but that is typical from what we understand. Its in a great location for all the tourist sites with bars, restaurants and a small supermarket nearby too. On arrival, being met from the watertaxi and escorted to the apartment was a nice touch. We had 1 small problem (electricity tripped) during our stay and the response from the local team was great - problem solved very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
