The sunny and spacious living room is well furnished with 2 windows, a sofa, table and chairs and a sideboard. The well equipped cooking area comes with a dishwasher, kitchen sink, burner, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee moka, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls and pots.

Leading up from the spiral staircase there's a loft conversion: here you'll find a single bed and a pullout bed, night-stand, writing-desk, wardrobe and a double bed (not twins).

Because of the loft space, this apartment is not suitable for young children.

This apartment in Venice is located in Dorsoduro, San Basiglio which is a few steps from the ships cruises port and a few minutes from Cà Rezzonico. Visit the San Raffaele Church, Ca' Rezzonico (the Venetian Musum of '700), Accademia Art Gallery and the San Trovaso Church.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
