This vacation rental apartment in Venice is located in the historic part of Venice; between the Accademia Gallery and Campo San Trovaso. The location of this Venice vacation apartment couldn't be better to soak up the very typical Venetian area of Accademia.

This is a recently restored Venice vacation apartment and is furished with new furniture. On the first floor of a large palazzo, this is a large bright rental apartment with windows in every room. You will also have access to a lovely garden that is shared by two other vacation apartments.

This Venice apartment comprises of one double bedroom with double bed and fabulous views over the garden. There's also a lovely second bedroom with twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a nice sofa in the living room and a separate dining room that can seat 6 people. The rental apartment has two bathrooms with showers.

Murano glass is featured throughout this Venice vacation apartment.

This Venice vacation apartment is situated in Accademia which is next to Dorsoduro within a triangle of the Accademia Bridge, the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim museum. It’s a beautiful area of Venice where you’ll find many of the best Venetian museums, including the fabulous Academy of Fine Arts (Galleria dell'Accademia) which includes great works from artists including Tintoretto, Titan and Bellini and of course the Collezione Peggy Guggenheim, once the home of the American heiress and is now one of Venice's most popular museums.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
