This apartment rental in Venice is located in the historic part of Venice; between the Accademia Gallery and Campo San Trovaso. The location of this Venice apartment couldn't be better to soak up the very typical Venetian area of Accademia.

This newly restored Venetian rental apartment comes with windows in every room. The apartment is completely refurnished with new furniture. This is extremely comfortable rental apartment can accommodation up to five people. You also have the benefit of being able to share a garden with two other vacation apartments.

It's split level with an elevated first and second level overlooking the spacious garden. On the first floor of the rental apartment you have the large living room with a double sofa and access to the garden. You'll also find the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

On the 2nd floor of this Venice apartment, there's a double bedroom and two bathrooms. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom comes with a single Venetian bed. All bedrooms come with plenty of storage space.

This apartment rental in is situated in Accademia which is next to Dorsoduro within a triangle of the Accademia Bridge, the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim museum. It’s a beautiful area of Venice where you’ll find many of the best Venetian museums, including The fabulous Academy of Fine Arts (Galleria dell'Accademia) which includes great works from artists including Tintoretto, Titan and Bellini and of course the Collezione Peggy Guggenheim, once the home of the American heiress and is now one of Venice's most popular museums.

We thought the location was excellent. A quiet area, but close to good cafes on the Zattere. There was also a fantastic winebar just around the corner near the gondola workshop. The apartment was great. The bedrooms all had large windows which made them very light and airy. Two of the bedrooms were a good size with lovely furniture. The third was much smaller and perhaps more suited to a child. However our 6' 4'' fifteen year old son seemed to like it and had no trouble sleeping! The living area was smaller than I expected, but the access to a garden made up for that and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to sit outside. (Thank you to the people in the Holiday Velvet office who were extremely helpful)

Appartment was lovely and clean and comfortable. Arrangements good but would be useful to be able to pay with credit cards as Venetian auto-tellers were a bit unreliable. Location excellent

Much much nicer than the outside photograph suggests, the flat benefits, unusually for Venice, from a garden. Inside, it's spacious, light, well furnished, well equipped and clean. It's central (next to Accademia) yet amazingly quiet. There are towels available, too.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
