This wonderful vacation apartment in Venice is location by San Basilio and next to the Giudecca Canal. This is the perfect spot for families or friends to get away from the tourists and experience the real Venice. Located is Dorosoduro, from this apartment rental you'll be a short walk to Accademia, the Grand Canal and the sights of Venice.

This Venice apartment is set over 4 floors and is a unique accommodation that has been recently renovated and restored combining antique Venetian furniture, wooden beamed ceilings with modern conveniences.

On the gound floor, you'll find the bathroom and laundry room. On the 1st floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the large double bedroom and a living area with a single sofa bed. On the 2nd floor you'll find the main living room with a dining area and a double sofa bed. The skylights provide plenty of light into this area.

On the top floor there's a Venetian altana, which is a furnished roof terrace providing fantastic views across the rooftops of the local area. The perfect place to dine or enjoy the view with an aperitivo.
