This cozy one bedroom holiday apartment in Venice is in the heart of San Polo and is a lovely holiday rental. This attic apartment is located on the third floor with charming stone walls and wooden furnishings throughout. This apartment is newly renovated and modern.

This holiday apartment in Venice is perfect for a romantic get away or a quite weekend in Venice. With charming views of San Polo this apartment is bright and clean. The apartment has comfortable double bed, fully supplied kitchen, as well as heating and air conditioning.

This holiday apartment in Venice is in San Polo which is East of the Rialto Bridge over the other side of the Grand Canal. It is the second most important area of the city in terms of historical importance in Venice. Here you will find the Frari Church, an excellent example of Venetian Gothic architecture, the Scuola Grande di S.Rocco, 16th century Renaissance building containing works by Tintoretto and the wonderful Campo San Polo which is one of the largest piazza’s in Venice. You will also find many good restaurants hidden away in the back streets that are frequented by the Venetians.

- Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 75% of the total rental price.
- Within 6 days:In case of cancellation within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 90% of the total rental price.
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

The apartment was clean and very well equipped and furnished. It's location is ideal for exploring Venice being between the train station and San Marco. We were met at the apartment as promised and enjoyed our stay very much. My only negative comment would be that if you're a taller person it is a little uncomfortable given it's very low ceiling height.

I've just returned from my stay in venice, at the "Attic" - and I was utterly enamoured. It's such a beautiful, vibrant place, and Cinzia was very gracious and welcoming. My accommodations exceeded my hopes, and made my stay extra special.

This really is one of the most unique apartments I have ever stayed in. It is certainly not conventional. It is tucked away with rooftop views of local churches and lovely italian tiles. The ceilings are low so not an option for people over 6ft. The kitchen was well stocked with pans etc..and there was ample coffee and oil, but it could have done with a kettle and an ironing board. The lady letting us in was charming too and though she had no English we managed to understand to close the window in the bathroom when we went out or the rain would come in. I think the apartment was excellent value for money and the traghetto close by meant you were only 50c away from St Mark's and Rialto. There was no television which was so relaxing, so we simply read books and listen to opera on italian radio. We shopped everyday at the rialto market which was less than 10 minutes walk away and the local supermarket which was two minutes away. The only major downside to this lovely apartment is that there are lots of delicious gelaterie around every corner so be prepared to be tempted!

We had a great 3 nights stay in Venice. The accommodation "Attic in Venice" was fantastic. It had every thing we needed and more. After having travelled for a few weeks previously it was good to have a self contained unit with washing machine to catch up. The decor is modern and the unit is well equiped with all you need. The Attic does not have canal views but it is within walking distance to everything, including great restaurants, shopping and all the important land marks. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Attic to anyone.
