This huge Venice apartment rental sleeps up to 8 people and is located on the edge of Dorsoduro and close to Zattere bank and 5 minutes by foot to Piazza Santa Margherita.

Located on a two stories in a completely restored ancient palazzo, this Venice apartment is the perfect apartment for large groups. Facing the San Basilio canal, this is a very bright apartment with wide internal open spaces.

It has been completely furnished with all modern comforts. On the first floor it has one double room, one bathroom with shower and the kitchen. The second floor has a very beautiful open space with large skylights. There's another double bedroom and an further bathroom with shower. The double room here faces San Basilio canal. It has a completely equipped kitchen.

There's also an 80 smq attic with two separate sleeping areas with one double bed and one single bed.

Very beautifull appartment in an authentic venitian house.Just some details to ameliorate :- The fridge seems to be "tired", the cooling is very poor (exept the congelation part), maybe it has to be changed.- The upper shower water evacuation was nearly blocked, we had to unblock it ourselves ...!I think you have to inform the owner about this.For the rest, quiet place in a very fine district, good confort, we may recommend it.

Excellent location, very spacious, appliances were in working order. What kept this place from being a 5-star was the lack of air-conditioning in the lower floor bedroom (we all slept in the upper level living area) and the upper floor bedroom. There was also no washing machine. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. Location is actually superb (close to the water bus stop/grocery/church but far from the crowds).

Canal, rooftop and passageway views from this really big apartment. Good position, not far from Giudecca Canal - esp. good for summer. On one day there was a gas supply problem outside, the owner stayed with Venice gas workers till it was all sorted, great service. Holiday perfect.

The Sebastiano Grande was very nice and a perfect location to stay with a large family with children. We spent a wonderfull week!!

- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
