This romantic Venice apartment rental is close to Campo San Maurizio and within walking distance to Piazza San Marco and Campo San Stefano. The apartment is also close to the Guglie vaporetto stop.

For a romantic weekend, you couldn't get a nicer place. Beautifully maintained and newly restored with modern furniture, this is a sunny Venice apartment thanks to the three large windows giving out onto a view of Venetian rooftops.

There's a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom comes with a modern shower and there's a kitchenette area located off the living room.

For breakfast or dinner, you can sit on your private terrace and admire the local view.

This Venice apartment is air conditioned throughout.

We liked this apartment, the location is good and the instructions we got when collecting the key were very helpful. The rooms are very clean and quaint. The balcony is a wonderful place for breakfast. We found it difficult not to have any towels or enough toilet paper, as it is not easy to find a place to buy such things when new to the city. It would also have been good to have a jug to boil water for hot drinks. The bed was comfortable and the heating was good but tricky to control. The kitchen equipment needs renewing, the coffee pot is tiny and there were no wine glasses. These small things would be easy to fix. Overall we would stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was perfekt, from pick up the key over the cleanliness to the fantastic view. Better than the pictures. The flat was warm and well organized. Thank you very much.

There were only one or two things that made it a four rather than a 5 star stay. 1. No 'proper' bed 2. no microwave/oven. Other than that, it was a superb holiday.

Cancellation Policy

- Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
- Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
- Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
- Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
