Nestled in the heart of historic trendy Kitsilano on quiet tree-lined West 6th Avenue. We are just steps away from famous 4th Avenue and West Broadway and located just minutes from public transit for convenient travel to everywhere in the city.

Our Executive Suite 201 is a one bedroom suite providing 860 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. This suite features hardwood floors & stained glass windows throughout, a living room with leather couches, antique furniture and an extensive art collection. Located on the top floor of the house, this suite features access to a large private balcony that overlooks the back yard. Everything in this suite has been restored and upgraded to provide a balance of convenience and timeless heritage living.

The separate bedroom offers a very high quality king size Stearns & Foster mattress with wrought iron bed frame. Bedding includes 400 thread count cotton bed linens, down duvet comforter and a selection of both down and quallofil pillows to ensure a restful sleep for all preferences.

The kitchen features custom fir wood cabinets; black granite counter tops, stainless appliances including a Jenn-Air gas cook top & electric convection oven, exterior vented range hood, full sized refrigerator with freezer on bottom, whisper quite dishwasher and a microwave. Accessories include a toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, quality pots & pans, quality dishware, a wide assortment of cups, glasses & stemware, stainless cutlery and a selection of kitchen tools and kitchen knives. Mixing bowls, plastic storage containers, cutting boards and serving bowls & plates are included for those who want to entertain or enjoy extended stays.

The bathroom features the original 6 foot (2 meter) long claw foot bath tub perfect for enjoying relaxing bubble baths or soaking away the day’s stresses. The bath tub has been refinished and includes new chrome heritage tap & shower fixtures imported from Italy. Custom made granite counter top vanity and antique wall mount candle holders with bees wax candles. An assortment of quality cotton bath towels - hand towels - face clothes, and each suite is supplied by an independent water supply to ensure great water pressure and temperature control.

Located in the heart of Kitsilano at 2465 West 6th Avenue, our Kitsilano flats are located between the trendy streets of 4th Avenue & Broadway. Just a short walk to beautiful Kitsilano Beach and only minutes by public transit to downtown Vancouver, Granville Island Market and UBC. Local attractions also include the Maritime Museum, Gordon Observatory, HR MacMillan Space Centre, Arts Club Theatre, 5th Avenue movie theatres, and the world famous Granville Island Public Market.

1. Rate Policies Room rates - Based on single or double occupancy. Extra person charge - $25 per person per night charge
2.   Check-in/Check-out Policies Check-in Time: 4pm - 6pm, unless alternate arrangements are made in advance. Check-out Time: 10:30am, unless late check-out arrangements are made in advance
3.   Room Policies Children: Are by advance arrangement and subject to bedding requirements. Smoking: Not permitted inside the building. Sheltered smoking patio located outside the suite. Pets: Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets at this time
4.   Reservation Policies Minimum Stay: There is a 3 night minimum stay. Reservation Deposit: To confirm a Reservation, 50% of the total is due once booking dates are confirmed. The remaining balance is payable prior to or upon arrival. Refundable Damage Deposit: Deposit amount ranges between $200 - $1000, depending on length of stay. Damage deposit is payable upon arrival and refunded upon departure. Payments: Can be made by electronic transfer, bank transfer, Interac, personal cheque, traveler’s cheque, money order, PayPal, credit card*, or with cash. * Credit Card and PayPal payments are subject to a 3% surcharge. Security: For new guests we ask for copies of your valid driver's license or passport. We will return or destroy the copies when the suite has been vacated the in good order.   Cancellations & No Show Policies • If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date, there will be a $150.00 administration fee to cover banking and re-renting costs. • If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, we will retain your deposit. • No-Shows will be charged the full amount of their rental.
