Sleeping up to 6 people in luxury, this downtown apartment comes with two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and two additional single beds can be added. The living room is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture and the kitchen comes with all the amenities needed for a self catering vacation. Please note: * Minimum rental age is: 25 * We do NOT host events/ parties/ or overnights in our suites at the moment

Down Payment: The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made.
Within 30 days: If the Client cancels within 30 days of the rental period he/she will also be liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
