Valencia Apartment: Central Penthouse Studio

The living area of the apartment has a beautiful parquet floor and recovered brick, which accents the walls. The beam ceilings add to the wonderful old-world style with all the modern amenities. This room contains a sofa that makes into a bed, a chair, coffee table, radio and flat screen television. A ceiling fan helps to keep the room nice and airy as do the many large windows.

The kitchen is located to the left of the living area and has an area with a dining table and chairs for guests to enjoy an evening meal or breakfast before starting the day. The kitchen is totally modern with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all the cooking utensils needed to prepare a meal in whenever desired.

There are three balconies that guests may use, which are accessed from different rooms of the apartment.

The bedroom has a double bed and it also contains a closet/wardrobe for your clothes. Bedside tables and lamps and access to one of the balconies make this a terrific room to rest and relax in preparation for your sightseeing adventures in Valencia. All the blankets and bed linens are provided.

The bathroom is modern and has a shower, wooden shelving for holding extra supplies for this room and a vanity top with mirror and hair dryer allowing guests to prepare for the day.

This apartment is not pet friendly and it does allow smoking. There is WiFi available (3G USB modem 7.2 Mbps prepaid, for 1'50 euros per day) and a washing machine is provided. Babysitting and transfer services are available for an extra fee. There is parking on the street.
