The villa is near the small town of Bagnoregio, situated on the border of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio, within the D.O.C. region of the Orvieto and Est!Est!Est! wines. The hill top hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio (part of the village) has been chosen as the location for so many films because it is so unique. Orvieto, Bolsena Tarquinia, Pitigliano, Todi are full of history and all within half an hour travelling and the main railway line and motorway network is fifteen minutes away, putting you in easy reach of Rome, Siena, Assisi, Gubbio and Florence. Lake Bolsena's beaches are only minutes away and offer water sports and fishing within an unforgettable setting. There are daily markets at a different village every day of the week and the local cuisine based on fresh fish and local products must be experienced. Viterbo has fashionable shops and boutiques.

Down Payment: the down payment is not refundable
Within 30 days: If the client cancels a booking within 30 days of arrival all monies paid will be lost unless a replacement can be found
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
