Situated in a large country stone house located in a 300-year old village, this recently restored Italy accommodation is located in the southeastern part of Tuscany in Polvano and has fantastic views of the famous Val di Chio – a protected area where there is great respect for fauna and flora. The estate is still owned by the same family, can sleep up to 5 guests and is a wonderful retreat for those looking for a countryside holiday setting. This accommodation in Tuscany still maintains its architectural characteristics and features exposed wooden ceiling beams, wooden furnishings and tasteful décor in keeping with its rustic charm. The rental is comprised of 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area with a fireplace. There is 1 double bedroom located on this floor along with a bathroom that has a shower. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom along with a spacious living area that also includes a single sofa bed. The second bathroom has a shower. The outside space with its private garden has a table and chairs and a great option for al fresco dining. The mature gardens provide a wonderful and natural setting with plants and flowers. The pool area has sun loungers and additional seating.
