Vacation Rental Description

Studio Paradiso - painting holidays in undiscovered Tuscany, are set in a medieval hilltop village in the heart of the Lunigiana region of Northern Tuscany.

Our creative art holidays are relaxed and informal with a maximum of ten painting guests per week. Tuition by our artist/ tutors is inspirational and enthusiastic, catering for all artistic abilities.

Accommodation is in Casa Dell Unicorno - a beautiful 18th century country villa furnished with antiques and full of character. The villa is set within a large shady garden with vineyard, orchard, oilve grove and lovely private swimming pool. There is a large terrace area where all meals are served - weather permitting.

A week at Studio Paradiso includes; all meals, wine and refreshments. Accommodation in Casa Dell Unicorno, tuition, sketching trips to Lucca & the Ligurian coast, local travel, an evevning meal in a local restaurant and transfers to and from Pisa airport.

A little over an hour northwest of Pisa lies Lunigiana.

The Lunigiana is lost in time. A breathtaking landscape where castles and ancient walled villages perch above lush green valleys. But yet the region remains of the tourist track.

Northwestern Tuscany is home to the most beautiful mountains! Studio Paradiso is set in the heart of the Appenine mountains and they form the dramatic backdrop of Casa Dell Unicorno.
A beautiful train ride throughLunigiana and the Garfagnana to the walled city of Lucca is a wonderful journey.

Fivizzano is our nearest town and known as the "Florence of the Lunigiana". Fivizzano has lots of character as well as shops, bars, restaurants and a beautiful medieval castle just beyond its walls in Verrucola.

The beautiful Ligurian coast and the famous Cinqe Terre are only a 45 minute drive away.

1. This is a form price. Our prices differ according to each room and whether a discount will apply.

2. This fully inclusive price does NOT include:airfare or overland travel to Pisa Airport, personal travel insurance &
3. lunch when on sketching trips.
4. We do not charge a single person supplment but we do offer a discount of €35 per person when sharing a room with a friend.
5. We also offer a 10% discount to non-painting partners - this applies only when sharing with a painting guest.
