Vacation Rental Description

All these Tuscany apartments are brightly lit, with panoramic views, its own fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchenette and all the benfits of technology (satellite TV, single heating and washing machine). Lines, towels, swimming pool towels, iron and hair dryer are provided. Cots and highchairs for babies available by requested. All areas are tastefully and stylishly decorated thanks to a selected colour scheme of warm, pastel shades. Each apartment is unique and furnished and decorated to a high standard using pastel shades.

The apartment Iris, located at the first floor of the most ancient site of the villa, with its entrance, far from the typology of the other ones, is a wonderful suite with all comforts of a furnished apartment, with great privacy. This apartment has a small porch and a private garden furniture under the outdoor stairs.

About Tuscany Casentino

The Upper Tiber Valley is located on the eastern edge of Tuscany close to the source of the river Tiber. It is here that the river flows placidly into the valley, forming a natural ampitheatre of uncontaminated beauty, in a magnificent scenery afforded by the fluid profile of the hilltops which can be seen trailing off into the distant Appennine mountain range.

A solar and intimate atmosphere can be felt in these places, whose specific naturalistic,architectural and cultural characteristics make the area one of the preferred destination for national and international tourists alike. For history and art-lovers this area everywhere is very rich and interesting for Etruscan tombs, Roman remains and medieval towns and, very famous, Signorelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio frescos in addition to the 'Piero della Francesca trail' around Arezzo, Sansepolcro & Monterchi. Or, just simply, you can enjoy the countryside and the beautiful views, stopping frequently at a bar for fresh coffee and real Italian icecreams!

The closest towns Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Arezzo are at 10/25 minutes driving distance. Many bars and fresh grocers with lots of local products, great butcher, Countless lovely restaurants. If you are porcini/truffle lover, you should try restaurants in Caprese Michelangelo (30min), the natal village of the great painter Michelangelo!
