Notes on Villa Prices

1. Prices include: waters consumption, gas, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning service, weekly change of linen and towels, use of: washing-machine, swimming pool, mountains bikes, baby cots, parking lot, taxes (10%).
2. Additional person costs 15.00 Euro a day
3. Heating is charged on the spot according to usage
4. Period of closing: 12/01 to 02/03 and 27/10 to 30/11
5. Minimum booking of 3 nights in low and mid-low, 4 nights at Christmas and Easter.
6. Check-in: in high season only on Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm
7. check-out: Saturday within 10,00 am
8. Security deposit of 100 Euro
9. During the booking, it is in demand, by bank transfer or credit card, a down payment equal to the 30% of the whole cost of the stay, (balance due at check out ).
