Spend your holidays in a real farm in Umbria, a country resort only a few kilometres from Perugia, Italy. You can stay in one of our typical farmhouse apartments and enjoy a relaxing farm holiday while being close enough to visit the city of Perugia, Assisi and its surroundings The farmhouse is in the beautiful heart of the Umbria valley, Italy, sourronded by 10 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees.

Six independent apartments have been restored arounthe ancient stone house, which go back to17th century. It is only 4km far from the historic centre of Perugia and offers a suggestive view of the Umbrian hills

About Tuscany Umbria

The country farm"la volpe e l'uva" is an agricultural farm in the heart of the Umbria region.
On 2000, the farm became property of our family and we started a process of restoration of the building and agrarian patrimony with particular care to the wine and olive oil area.

The historic center of Perugia is only 4 km away from the farm. Here, you'll find good restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Assisi is just 15, Gubbio 28km; Assisi and Spello 15km; Trasimeno Lake 20km; Todi and Orvieto, 45km.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. The farmhouse is open yearly.
   The farm produces and sells wine, olive oil, jams, fruit syrups and dried fruit.
   The prices include water, electricity, final cleaning service, linens (bedrooms, bathrooms and table).
   Extra: Heating (on consuption). Baby bed €8 per day. Extra change of linen and towels € 10 per person.
   Extra cleaning of the apartment € 30.
   During Summer - (1/06-30/09) - rental is on weekly basis, from Saturdayto Saturday
