This charming studio apartment in Tuscany - with breathtaking views - is situated on the ground floor of a country stone house and is part of a small restructured family-run farm in the town of Cavriglia. Located on slopes of hills that reach from the Chianti down to the Valdarno valley, the rental is surrounded by 24 acres of olive trees and natural settings. Sleeping up to 3 guests, this Chianti holiday accommodation features a one-room layout and has wooden-beamed ceilings, arched windows and stonework. There is a double bed (an extra single bed can be requested), a dining table, a kitchenette and living area and a separate marble-tiled bathroom. The lovely outside space are shared with an other apartment and consists of a shared garden and terrace (with barbecue) and a table with seating to enjoy the spectacular views. A car is highly recommended.
About Tuscany Radda in Chianti
This charming studio apartment in Tuscany is located in the town of Cavriglia (pop. 9,000) about 35 km southeast of Florence in the province of Arezzo. The rental is ideally set within natural surroundings and has spectacular views over the Pratomania Mountains along the Arno Valley. Among the most interesting monuments to see in Cavriglia is the Antica Pieve (Ancient Parish), the Pieve di San Pancrazio (Saint Pancrazio Parish) and the Convento di Montecarlo (Convent of Montecarlo) and the Natural Park of Cavriglia. The yearly April celebration is the traditional "Snail Festival" where it is possible to taste typical Cavriglia courses and also attend the musical shows organized for the festival. This Chianti holiday accommodation is also close to a public, open-air swimming pool (3kms) and at 2 kms you have the possibility of riding horses.

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 30 days: if a client cancels within 30 and 22 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 40% of the total rental
Within 21 and 15 days: if a client cancels within 21 and 15 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 14 and 8 days: if a client cancels within 14 and 8 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 80% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
