Vacation Rental Description

This is a portion of house divided into two apartments. The apartments are situated in the first countryside of Volterra but it is possible to reach the historical centre in 10 minutes on foot.

From the house it is possible to admire a breathtaking panoramic view across the sweet rolling Tuscan hills.

The ground floor apartment consists of one bedroom, a living-room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and a terrace. The first floor apartment comprises one bedroom, bathroom, living-room, kitchen and balcony.

All the apartments have independent entrance and natural gas heating. There is the possibility to leave the car in a parking area in the closeness of the apartments.

In the winter period the expense relating to the heating use has to be considered separately.
