Stay in this wonderful and charming two bedroom country apartment in Tuscany which is situated on the 1st floor of an old stone farmhouse and located in the town of San Sano just 10 minutes to Gaiole a small medieval town in the Chianti region. The apartment is about 80 sq. metres and is a great option for a group of friends or families up to 5 guests.

This attractive and rustic accommodation in Chianti with a pool has characteristic tile and parquet floors, pitched ceilings with exposed wooden beams and tasteful wooden furnishings and décor.  The living/dining/kitchen area is open-plan and features a sitting area, a dining table and chairs and a kitchenette which includes a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge.

There are 2 bedrooms – 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and 1 with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.  A single sofa bed is available for an additional guest.

The outside space includes a garden and a shared swimming pool with natural views of the landscape.

Other amenities include heating, parking, a hair dryer, a DVD player, a CD player and a TV (Italian only).  Pets are welcome.

Nearby there are a few medieval sites to visit such as Castello di Brolio, Castello Di Meleto, Castello di Montegrossi, Castello di Tornano, Castello di Vertine and Torre dei cancelli.

Gaiole is about 26km from Siena and about 57km from Florence.

  • Within 21 and 15 days: if a client cancels within 21 and 15 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
  • Within 14 and 8 days: if a client cancels within 14 and 8 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 80% of the total rental
  • Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
