Vacation Rental Description

Villa Seftali is a newly built deluxe detached property overlooking the beautiful bay of Kalkan, Turkey. The Taurus Mountains form the backdrop to this Turkish villa.

The vacation villa in The Turkey Coast has air conditioning in each room which can double for heating in the cooler months. The two upstairs bedrooms both have balconies where you can sit and enjoy the fantastic views across the bay, whilst the ground floor bedroom has doors leading to the pool terrace.

The villa has a large, spacious roof terrace where you can sit and dine and admire the amazing views out to "Mouse" and "Snake" islands. There is a stone built barbeque and a glass topped dining table that seats 8.
The villa has a large pool and surrounding terrace featuring a brick built barbeque. The pool terrace has a number of comfortable sun loungers and table and chairs where you can sit and eat.

The pool area also enjoys the wonderful views of Kalkan Bay.

Villa Seftali is 200 metres from the Hotel Samira Deluxe. The hotel are happy for you to use their facilities. They have a 25 metre swimming pool. They also run a free shuttle bus to and from the town centre, which you are welcome to use if you have a drink or two at their bar!

The historic town of Kalkan is an enchanting place and one of the most beautiful locations along Turkey's gorgeous Lycian coast. With the absence of mass tourism, Kalkan remains a charming and unspoilt haven of lush nature, brilliant crystal clear seas, historic architecture ancient history and warm Turkish hospitality.

Once a simple fishing village, today's Kalkan is quietly sophisticated and postcard pretty with a few good quality low-rise hotels and apartments and a multitude of excellent roof-top restaurants offering all manner of culinary delights together with stylish and atmospheric bars.

The narrow streets twist down to the harbour, which is the focus of the town and here you can enjoy a meal whilst watching the world go by.

During the day, you can make use of one of the many "beach clubs", engage in sporting activities such as water skiing, para-scendng and scuba diving, take a trip to one of the magnificent historical sights, drive a jeep up into the mountains or simply relax by the pool.

The famous 18km long Patara beach is only 20 minutes away and Kas is 30 minutes away.

Kalkan curls snugly around an ancient harbour sheltered at the foot of the towering Taurus mountains. The town overlooks a beautiful bay in which islands seem to magically float upon a shimmering sea.

1. To secure a booking, we will require a deposit of 20%.
2. The balance is then payable 6 weeks before your departure date.
3. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks before the departure date, the full amount will be required to secure the booking.
4. When selecting your holiday dates, please bear in mind that we prefer a Monday changeover day.
