Actual living space in the bungalow is 250 m2. The terrace and the pool area, and the gazebo, where you can relax and watch the superb views of Akkaya Valley, are a total of 450 m2.

As you walk in from the main entrance of the bungalow, there is a separate kitchen on the right and a small wc on the left. The spacious living room has the dining area and two different sets of seating furniture. With lots of windows and terrace doors surrounding this part of the property there will be no lack of sunshine, during the day. For cooler nights there is also a fireplace built in the living room. One can access to the terrace, the pool area and to the outside BBQ from the double glazed terrace doors.
