Immaculate Dalaman Villa Built for Privacy and Comfort in the Midst of Nature!!! Dalaman, Akkaya, Secret Valley, exclusive, luxury bungalow with private swimming pool, garden and guest flat.

This bungalow is built on 2 acres ( 8000 m2) of land. The actual interior space is 200 m2 in the main building, plus an additional 60 m2 of space for the guest house.

Drive through the main gates at the back of the villa, where you can park your car in the private parking space. As you walk in from the main entrance door, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the left hand side. Plenty of wardrobes in the dressing area of the room for extra storage. There is an additional sofa bed, which means three can sleep comfortably in this bedroom. Two windows provide constant light in the room during the day. There is also a small shared wc on the right side of the corridor, facing opposite the bedroom’s door.

A few steps down the corridor, you will walk into the dining area, just before the patio doors opening to the terrace. Six people can dine comfortably, but there are extra chairs available. Open plan kitchen at the back of the dining area, with custom made cupboards and white goods, fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and cooking ware, for self catering.

On the right hand side of the dining area there is the lounge, with its spherical shape, country-style high ceiling, and stone walls and fireplace. Perfect for relaxing, reading, watching the satellite tv or dvd. With windows surrounding the lounge area

The guest house by the pool side is basically a studio flat. There is a living room/bed room with bathroom and a small kitchen area.

Fully furnished with top of the range furniture, tasty ornaments and accessories, and a few custom-made wood-work.

The private garden has various trees and plants, which adds to the villa’s privacy.

Private car-park.

From the poolside there are grand views of the Lake and breath-taking views of nature and forest.

There is a small shop for daily needs. The Akkaya Restaurant is only 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of activities, including the Lake and gorge tour by boat, fishing, horse riding, and trekking to name but a few.

Only 20 minutes drive away from the Dalaman International Airport.

If you like travelling the area, the neighbouring towns of Dalyan, Gocek, and Koycegiz are only 20 minutes of drive away, Fethiye and Marmaris are only 1 hour drive way, with their world famous beaches, as well as, the shops, the restaurants and activities.
