Jasmine Villa, holiday rental accomodation, is perfectly situated on the edge of Kalkan village in Turkey on the Mediterranean Coast.

Located in a quiet and peaceful position and only 10-15 minutes walk to the village centre. All fully airconditioned rooms have uninterrupted views overlooking Kalkan bay.

This 2 bedroomed holiday rental villa is characterized by its beautiful views and offers accommodation for 7 people. Being a spacious, comfortable house with an shaded eating area, open veranda, sun loungers on the pool terrace and a roof terrace with barbecue, all of which overlook a generous sized private pool.

1. 25% deposit on booking and balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

2. Prices are for upto 4 persons. Each extra guest over 2 yrs old at £70 per week
3. Terms and conditions on owners website
4. Full weeks only. Minimum 7 nights.
5. changeover usually Mondays but we may be flexible. Arrival after 3pm. Departure before 10pm. Due to popular flight times we can usually be flexible unless the departing or arriving guests times clash.
6. Manager available 24hrs and clean and linen change once per week. Short clean mid week.
