We stayed here for the first week of October during the first leg of our Canada trip.The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the entertainment district, waterfront and Queen Steet with a streetcar stop just over the road. There is a supermarket opposite and a bar/restaurant downstairs if you want to eat out or have a drink without having to travel. There was very little noise in the apartment from either the outside or other apartments.The facilities within the apartment were spot on. The cable package was good enough to ensure that we were entertained if we stayed in, you have use of a pool and jacuzzi in the block opposite, free wireless wifi, washing and drying facilities within the apartment and an oven and hob so you could cook yourself a meal.The price was similar to some of the hotels in the centre of Toronto but for us, the freedom of having an apartment was definately more appealing.We loved it and would consider it if we stayed over in Toronto again.

Staying at 15 Fort York Boulevard unit 1108, was very pleasant. Charles was very helpful before we got into Toronto, and always willing to help.Is a very good location, near to must of the amenities the dowtown has. Easy access to public transportation. The facilities are very good too. Pool, spa, gym, 27th floor jacuzzi.Having also the supermarket close by, was very good.I would completely recommend The Toronto Residences if youwant to have a comfort stay.

We definitely had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, the apartment was extremely clean with all the assets you may ever need. Charles is a really available and dedicated person who makes everything easier. The relationship between price/quality is fair. Also, it was a privileged view to the CN tower which is right across the street!We highly recommend this place!

The location is exceptional - all downtown in walking distance. The cleanliness and services associated with the apartment are exactly as described and of expected standard. The quality is higher than the cost -which is the best way. The owner is very helpful and informative.

The location was great, right near every thing in Toronto. The apartment had a big TV with a selection of DVD's and every thing you need in an apartment. The owner of the place (Charles) was the best help we have had on our trip so far. We have been staying in apartments all over the states and Canada and Charles has been the most help yet. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here as I will try and stay here next time I am in Toronto.

I had a great time in Charles' condo. It was in a great location, with a marvellous view of the Toronto Skyline, and the flat was very clean and spacious. I think the relationship between price/quality was extremely convenient, giving that the service it was the same you get in some 3 or 4 stars hotel, but with half the price. The owner provided all we could need for our stay, and he was always very nice and helpfull, with all our requests or problems. I would definately chose again Charles' Condo for my next stay in Toronto!

The property was as described and very nice to stay in. The view was excellent and we enjoyed the city lights at night from the balcony. Location is within walking distance of the Rogers Center and many dining and entertainment options, we rarely needed to take public transportation for food or shopping. The complex has a nice spa overlooking the city.

Excellent location, close to all city aminities, very clean throughout , Charles took every opportuinity to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one, and was very prompt in lending assistance when approached, good facilities home entertainament center, well layed out kitchenette, washer/dryer facilities, good competitive pricing, allround great place to stay.

Charles has put together a very convenient short term condo rental situated with easy access to the downtown shopping (bustling Queen Street is minutes away on foot), entertainment and leisure. Having lived in Toronto myself years prior I know the city. This is a super place to stay. - Take a morning or evening stroll along the lakeshore which is minutes away. Fall asleep looking at the night lights of the CN tower which feels as though its only feet away. Easy hop on access to the QEW for quick travels by car. The condo itself is tailored to look after the our needs inclusive of toiletry items one might have forgotten as well as the famously Canadian Tim Hortons Coffee (mmm). Take a dip in the pool, relax in the tower jacuzzi overlooking the city and the lake, or work out int the gym. The condo has pretty much everything. The best part is that Charles is super responsive to needs that arise. For this I give it 5* in service which is a rarity these days. I stayed in the condo for over a month while on sabbatical from England. I needed a modern, safe, well situated place to stay so that I could focus on my trip and not worry. It served the purpose well. Thanks Charles for a lovely stay.
