This Tokyo accommodation is located in safe Sendagi in the Bunkyo Ward, one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Tokyo yet it is full of history and tradition unlike some of the more recently overdeveloped areas of the city where the charm of tradition has made way for the bulldozers. Supermarkets,mini markets, ATM facilities, traditional shopping streets and restaurants are less than two minutes away. This holiday rental in Tokyo is also just a fews minutes walk from the main train line of Tokyo, as well as metro connections to everywhere in the big city. If you want to travel around Japan, the Shinkansen bullet train is mere minutes away.

Down Payment: The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made.
Within 10 days: If the Client cancels within 10 days of the rental period he/she will also be liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
