Sumptuous food is naturally a key ingredient for the perfect holiday. To this end we only employ passionate, qualified chefs with experience in fine dining restaurants who have a flair for sumptuous food.

Wake up to tea in bed followed by a hearty breakfast including daily specials. On your return from the slopes, afternoon tea with a scrumptious, freshly baked cake awaits you.

And then as the evening draws in sit back and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while your professional chef creates a modern five-course menu with an added twist of indulgence; our dishes last year ranged from duck cooked 2 ways – rolled leg & seared breast, served with a white bean cassoulet & parsnip crisps to Asian sweet braised pork belly with seared scallops & a nam jim dressing.

St Martin de Belleville – Jewel of the Three Valleys
A few hundred people live in the timeless Savoyard village of St Martin de Belleville, a glittering jewel in the world class three valleys. With an 8-person gondola whisking you into the heart of the skiing, it is almost impossible not to fall in love with this area.

St Martin is an authentic mountain village, steeped in tradition where original wood & stone barns nestle against the mountain side & farmhouse  cheese is still made here. Yet it also has a cosmopolitan feel with an usually good range and quality of restaurants (including Michelin listed & starred) mountain spa & excellent ski school.

Our knowledge & love for the local area & people, built over years of living in St Martin gives our guests a truly 'in the know' experience;  with a sense of the local area, unlike the majority of ski chalets which put you in a bubble and make you feel you could be anywhere.

At the same height as Meribel, St Martin de Belleville is picturesque, unspoilt and with endless skiing on tap; but ssshhhh don’t tell everyone.
