Holiday accommodation in Tenerife "Laguna Cottage" is located in the Anaga Natural Park but only 3 minutes away from the nearest village (Pedro Alvarez) and 5 from La Laguna. The beach "Playa de Bajamar" is a quick 15 minutes drive. Several hiking routes start by the villa and lead into the Laurisilva woods (ancient rain forest). The views are magnificent. You will need a car to get up the 500 mts road to the villa.

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Balance payment: the balance payment due 30 days before arrival is non-refundable
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
