Vacation Rental Description

The Orlando complex is in the main part a quiet residential complex meaning most people here are not on holiday so there is always plenty of space in  and around the 3 swimming pools, it is a gated community with a security guard on duty 24-7 giving you confidence to let you’re kids roam free.

Our apartment offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children with accommodation comprising of 2 single beds in one bedroom, one single and one double sofabed in the lounge.

Although the apartment is on the second floor the front door is at ground level giving easy access for buggies and wheel chairs with only one step between the street and the apartment entrance.

This apartment has all the equipment you will need to make you’re stay comfortable with a ceiling fan in the living room and pedestal fan in the bedroom to keep you cool, dvd, cd, and satellite tv for you’re entertainment and to keep the kids quiet even a washing machine to cut down on you’re packing.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 ring hob Microwave/grill, Filter Coffee machine Kettle and toaster, every thing you will need to make a snack or feed the family if you tire of the massive variety of restaurants in the area.

The bathroom is fully tiled in white with a 4 piece suite and really powerful shower over the bath.

The large balcony has a Table and 4 chairs with excellent views of both the childrens and the main swimming pools so you can keep an eye on your older children from your own balcony without moving to far from a cool drink in the fridge or just relax and cool down after a night out.

The Torviscas area of Costa Adeje in the south of Tenerife it is the quieter more family friendly end of Las Americas, close to all the amenities and within 5 minutes walk of two blue flag beaches.The resort is just 15 minutes drive from Tenerife South International Airport with plentiful taxis at between 20-25 euro’s .

Torviscas area is Ideal for families and couples offering a relaxing holiday experience with a number of bars and restaurants within easy reach.

There is something to keep any age group amused, in the daytime you can walk along the miles of sea front promenade, or if a bit more adventurous there is Para gliding from the back of a fast boat, jet skiing, diving, boat trips to see the resident whales and dolphins plus a number of animal parks.Go carting, golfing, try out the slides in the large local aqua park or just sit in one of the many beach front bars and watch this all go on around you.

If its shopping you’re fond of there is a number of shops and boutiques offering designer clothes and jewellery, cameras and electronic gadgets, spirits and tobacco all at duty free prices. There is also a number of supermarkets and pharmacies selling any thing else you might need.

At night there is more choice of restaurants than you could use offering any type of cuisine imaginable in a number of different settings, from quiet cafés to show bars and anything in between, even a medieval banquet if you want it.

If you just want a quiet drink you can, if you want live music its there and all within 5 mins walk of this quiet complex.
