This superbly located beachfront luxury 2 bed Tenerife apartment in the New Prestigious 'EL RINCON' complex is situated down on the front near the Arona Gran Hotel at the quite end of the resort, making it ideal for families & couples of all ages.

A FLAT sroll along the front passing bars, restaurants & beaches to the town centre takes around 5 Minutes. There are 3 pools all connected by cascading waterfalls, and plenty of terrace areas for sunbathing!

The Tenerife apartment is tastefully furnished, and to a very high standard throughout. It will sleep 6 people comfortably, with a large double bed in the master, 2 singles in the second bedroom, and a very large sofa which has 2 single beds that pull out. (Additional beds can be supplied for children on request).

There is a very large double balcony accessed from both the lounge and the master bedroom where you can enjoy panoramic sea and harbour views under the sun until it sets over the harbour in the evening, and ALL the year round!!
There is a large bathroom with a large built in walk in shower, two large sinks set in a marble vanity unit,W/C & Bidet.

You will find it fully equipped to suit all your self catering needs, including UK Satellite TV,(no need to miss your favourite TV programmes) DVD,CD, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, microwave etc, right down to a cool bag & ice blocks for a picnic on the beach.

The popular resort of Los Cristianos lies in a sheltered bay in the south-west corner of the island of Tenerife, merging into the more glitzy purpose-built resort of Playa de las Americas. Los Cristianos has burgeoned into a modern package-tour resort from its origins as a sleepy Canarian fishing village, but has managed to retain some of its traditional feel, despite the plethora of modern hotels, shopping centres and apartment blocks.

The focal point of the resort is its working harbour, fronted by a square surrounded with restaurants, and sandy beaches encircling a crescent-shaped bay backed by a long, wide promenade that stretches to neighbouring Playa de las Americas. The old town centre stretches from the port up to the main shopping street in a grid-like pattern of pedestrianised streets, still inhabited by many local people.

The resort's best beach is man-made, the Playa de las Vistas, covered in sand imported from the Sahara. Being just a few minutes away by cheap taxi from las Americas resort allows holidaymaker's in Los Cristianos to enjoy a more sedate stay, while still able to access the bright lights & entertainment facilities of the more boisterous neighbour, especially when it comes to nightlife.
