Vacation Rental Description

Entrance to this vacation apartment in Tenerife overlooks the lagoon pool and tropical foliage of the surrounding complex gardens. The spacious and comfortable top floor apartment boasts a west facing balcony that overlooks open ground and Amarilla Golf fairways and catches the sun from midday to sunset.

The BEDROOM has a large double bed with individual bedside cabinets and full width, mirror fronted wardrobes with plenty of hanging, shelf and drawer space. The BATHROOM has a bath with shower over, hand basin in a large mirror backed vanity unit with shaver point, WC and bidet.

The KITCHEN has a four ring hob and electric oven with grill facility with an extractor hood, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster and an egg boiler. It is stocked with plenty of crokery, cutlery, pans and utensils for four persons.

The LIVING AREA has a round dining table and four chairs. Double sofa bed and two easy chairs, TV and Video. The bedroom and living room have ceiling fans for comfort. There is additional wardrobe and drawer space throughout the apartment for storage.

Full width patio doors open out onto the PRIVATE BALCONY that has a table and four chairs, loungers, a parasole and a gas barbeque. The west facing view is over open ground with mountains in the distance and a wonderful view of Mount Tiede.

About Tenerife Other

GOLF DEL SUR - is a green oasis built around a 27-hole PGA championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife and ideally suited to young families, golfers and those who just want to take life easy.

Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away, and bars, restaurants and shops are available in the San Blas centre with plenty more only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and surrounding the newly built Marina.

Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Hire a car in the town if you want to explore the island, but there are plenty of facilities within walking distance and excursions can be arranged in the reception. The coast path is a lovely walk down to the town, and the fishing village of Los Abrigos is a 20 minute walk away and offers some of the best fish restaurants in Tenerife.

Two golf courses within walking distance - Amarilla Golf and Golf Del Sur, both of which offer excellent greens in the midst of volcanic scenery with cacti and rocky gorges as the backdrop.

THINGS TO DO: Golf, Bowls can be played in the complex next door (shoe & bowls hire available), scuba diving, crazy golf, tennis and many places to visit. There is a noticeboard in the apartment with our favourite restaurants listed.
