4. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
5. Extensions are subject to availability &

7. Credit cards are welcome but attract a 5% handling fee.
8. Your deposit ensures you have a roof over your head for the dates booked.
9. One night payment is required if a last minute cancellation occurs. If I can relet I will refund less 50% any significant damage must be paid for.
