The Sydney apartment accommodates up to four people and has two bedrooms; bathroom with bath and separate shower; open living areas with a balcony and outdoor entertaining area.With broken harbour views, the large main bedroom has built-in robes and a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a split base accommodating either two singles or a king size bed.

The open living spaces boast urban and broken harbour views of the surrounding area and includes contemporary marble dining table; leather 4 seater sofa, coffee table, coconut chair and ottoman - designed by Herman Miller. Paintings have been commissioned by notable Australian artists and decor boasts many indulgences. Fit-out by Millimetre Design.

A well appointed "Cooks Kitchen" has a city view to the south. Equipment includes commercial pots and pans, a European knife set, coffee machine, dishwasher and built in laundry.The north facing aspect of the apartment makes the living spaces light filled throughout the day with sea breezes providing natural cross ventilation for the entire area. The building’s foyer and entrance has been restored to its former splendour with security entrance.
