Unusually large for Sydney CBD accommodation, each bedroom had a queen bed and tv/dvd player, the lounge/dining has additional sleeping with a divan and sofa bed. A kitchenette and large bathroom with shower complete the apartment, all decorated to a quality and style befitting the building. Laundry free on request.

The apartment is on the top floor of what was called Booth House. Built for wool traders in 1937, the building is a fine example of art deco. From far-flung parts of the country and needing somewhere to work and stay when they brought fleeces to Sydney for grading and export from Circular Quay, their building was designed for this dual purpose. The building has lots of windows to allow maximum light for wool grading and at night it makes a cosy home. Look above the building front entrance and you will see a stylised ram's head etched into the granite lintel.

This Sydney accommodation is one block from the city's major bus terminal, the ferries at Circular Quay and the train station that services the Sydney international and domestic airport line. It is also one of the closest apartments to the Opera House area. Supermarket and all amenities are close by. In the commercial district with the Botanic Gardens just two blocks away.

In the heart of the CBD and surrounded by restaurants of all types and price ranges, and short stroll to the Rocks and Opera House tourist districts. Supermarket, newsagency, dry cleaners and food court across the road.
