Vacation Rental Description

Villa Wayan is in a gated village called Rumah Bali. There is a full office staff at your command to make travel arrangements, book tours, schedule any maintinance. There is full time security around the clock!

The beach is a quick 500 meter walk with all beach activities in easy reach. Excellent surfing beaches nearby. Many great restaurants in the area including Japanese, Asian, Sate, Balinese, the Conrad Hotel and the Peninsula Beach Resort.

The Bali holiday rental villa is located 400 meters back from the road. NO noise, no sounds other than the birds and the occasional chants from the near by Temple.

The Bali holiday house is very large with two bedrooms of 59 sq meters and one bedroom/office/living room of 90 sq meters. There is a indoor AND outdoor FULL SIZED living room and a dinning table that seats eight persons both inside and outside! Kitchen is open to the dinning room and living room and has a bar with seating.

The full time staff will attend to your every need including making breakfast of your choice. They will have your laundry sent out and do minor ironing. THey can also prepare for you healthy local meals where you just pay for the ingrediants! Save on laundry, save on food, yet have a private villa with servants and private swimming pool.

About Surfing Holidays Nusa Dua

Nusa Dua is where most of the four and five star hotels are in Bali. It is very conveniently located to most all of the major attactions in Bali but closest to the BEST beaches like Sulaban, Dreamland and Uluwatu. Some of the best restaurants in Bali are found in this area and tend to be higher quality than the ones found in Kuta which cater to low end tourists. Nusa Dua is near by Jimabaran Beach where the Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton AND the brand new Bulgari just opened. THen again, it is only 30 minutes drive from Seminyak and a little over an hour to Ubud. Nusa Dua is where the people who know stay! Away from the traffice jams and pushy vendors in Kuta.
