This vacation villa in Croatia consists of two luxury rooms. The first one provides a double bed (160cm x 200) plus a sleeping couch making it possible to sleep up 3 people. The bathroom is en-suite and offers a jacuzzi tub for 2, WC and basin.
The second bedroom in this vacation villa also has a double bed (160cm x 200cm) plus sleeping couch. The en-suite bathroom includes a massage shower, wc and basin. Furthermore, there is one Studio Apartment with 2 double beds (140cm x 200cm), an en-suite bathroom with massage shower, wc and basin. The kitchenette with fridge (mini bar), freezer, kettle and kitchen utensils is fully equipped.

This vacation villa in Croatia is situated in a quiet and peaceful surrounding in the old town of Split (city centre). You can walk to the beach, the railway station and the bus terminal (150m). Villa Stina is a 300 year old stone house which has been completely renovated in 2007.
Our 2 luxurious rooms and 1 studio apartment offer you a relaxing and domestic stay. You do not need a car to explore the old town of Split, it's right in front of you with the 1700 year old diocletian palace, domestic restaurants and cafes and the most popular beach in Split, Bacvice. A Private Parking spot is available in front of Villa Stina or you can park around the house. There is also a paid public parking 20m away from Villa Stina.
