Situated directly on the sandy beach at Portopalo di Capo Passero, the villa offers its guests a memorable holiday. The terrace with sea views offers guests sunsets which others only dream of seeing! The villa was recently constructed with refinement and attention to detail and easily accomodates up to 6 people.

House Accomodation:

The villa offers complete comfort and is decorated with bright colors and high quality materials.
Located directly on the sandy beach, it provides for up to 6 people as follows: living room with double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms - each with double bed, fireplace, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace with direct sea view, washing machine, bed linen and towels.
The prices include all additional costs (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning.

About Surfing Holidays Noto

The most southeastern point of Sicily - Villa Sole is ideally located directly on the sandy beach near the pretty town of Portopalo di Capo Passero. Here at the extreme southern tip of Sicily guests will find excellent snorkeling spots and endlessly fine sand beaches fringing the crystal clear sea. While taking in the view of the fortress island of Isola Capo Passero, the center of Portopalo beckons guests to stroll the streets and enjoy the sights.
This is an ideal location to explore the Baroque cities of Sicily.  Ragusa, Noto and Syracuse are rich in history and have lavish palaces and churches.
In addition to the cultivation of olives and wine, once upon a time this area dominated the region with the tuna fish industry and salt production. Even today, the tuna fish tradition is alive; with some of the best fish restaurants on the island waiting to greet guests with typical Sicilian ambience, surrounded by the pleasantly quiet and serene atmosphere of the town.
Traveling further south one arrives at Isola delle Correnti, this island is the extreme most southerly point of all Sicily, Italy, and indeed all of Europe - in fact it lies just under the parallel of Tunis, where the Mediterranean Sea and the Ionian Sea merge into each other. It is one of the favorite places for windsurf lovers, due to the waves and the winds that lap it.
Lagoon lakes, dunes, forest areas and rare birds such as storks, flamingos and white herons, are located in the Vendicari Nature Reserve, created in 1984. This narrow strip of marshy coastline provides a rare, and now completely protected habitat for migratory species and a unique Mediterranean vegetation which thrives in sand. The large stretch of swamp has evolved a very unusual ecosystem which attracts vast numbers of birds passing through the area on migration.  Vendicari Nature Reserve is the most important wetland in Sicily.

Surroundings:

The nearest pizzeria is only 100 metres away; there is Portopalo, with its shops, bars, restaurants; and Pachino about 6 km away.
